Karum respects the privacy of individuals who provide us with personal information, including our customers, resellers, distributors, service providers and visitors to our website, and is committed to protect the personal information that is provided to us through our website, by email or by other means. This privacy policy does NOT apply to information collected by Karum and its affiliates from holders or cards issued by Karum, its affiliates or its clients in the course of collecting applications, issuing cards, performing credit checks, authorizing or declining transactions or related activities, all of which is subject to separate agreements applicable thereto.
Notice and Ability to Opt-Out

If an individual chooses to provide Karum with personal information, the personal information will be used solely by and transferred only to Karum, its offices and subsidiaries around the world, its resellers and distributors and service providers, which are those companies contracted by Karum to deliver requested information and services. We may also transfer personal information across borders and from the individual's country or jurisdictions to Karum' offices and subsidiaries, its resellers and distributors and service providers around the world. All such entities are governed by this Policy or are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data transfer agreements.
