- Lowe's was founded in 1946, and has grown from a small hardware store in North Carolina to the second largest home improvement retailer worldwide and the 9th largest retailer in the U.S. It opened its doors in Mexico in 2010 with Private Label Credit. Read the announcement...

- Jewelry retailer with 55 retail locations. Launched credit for customers in May 2010.
- Grupo Carso has been a credit management platform customer since 1992. Grupo Carso, which owns more than 80% of the Sanborns Department store chain, also owns Sears Mexico which is widely regarded as the industry standard in private label credit card programs.
- In June 2007, the important retailer London Boutique (LOB), which has over 90 stores in Mexico, launched a private label credit card with Karum in order to increase customer loyalty, increase revenues and diversify its business portfolio. Read the LOB case study here.

- The North West Company, the oldest retailer on the North American continent, has been the leading provider of food and everyday products and services to communities across Canada and Alaska for more than 340 years. Operations now include the South Pacific and the Caribbean, Northwest operates Northmart, Giant Tiger, Cost-U-Less, Northern, and Alaska Commercial trade names. NWC has been using Karum technology to provide commercial and consumer card programs since 2002.
- TCRS is a financial services company that specializes in consumer lending and private label retail credit. It leveraged Karum's credit management software to power 40 retailers across Canada. It has 135 offices in 10 provinces across Canada, and is a division of Wells Fargo Financial.
- Dillard's originally became a credit management platform customer in 1999 when it purchased Mercantile, a regional retailer. Dillard’s compared their internally developed credit management system against Karum, then known as Credit Management Services (CMS), and chose CMS as best of breed. Dillard's amassed more than 15 million accounts under the credit management platform until they sold their credit portfolio to GE Financial Services in 2004.
